There is nothing more stressful than waking in the morning to a broken furnace. From Lynn on the phone to James and his partner Eric who came to the house quick, they made the stress fade away. They were easy to talk too, calm and clear. So very helpful and the furnace was purring in record time. Can not thank them enough.

Our furnace went out (not a good thing in winter in Canada), and since Accuserv had done a great job on our AC a few years ago, I called them for the furnace. Since they couldn't schedule an install for a few days, they provided loaner space heaters to keep the house livable in the interim. Install was efficient, and smooth, and the new Ecobee smart thermostat is an added bonus. Who knew I would be able to control the furnace from my Apple Watch? Very pleased with the experience and end result.

Overall I've had good experiences with AccuServ. Had an AC install, AC repair, AC and Furnace maintenance. Would recommend. Shout out to Alex. Professional, courteous and went above and beyond to help with our repair. 4 stars because - AC install did not completely fill the outside hole but was filled in it on a subsequent maintenance - Couple years after install had a refrigerant leak in the AC but was eventually repaired free of charge

Big thanks to AccuServ. My furnace fan broke on Boxing Day and after some poking at it and wishing I realized I couldn't fix it myself. I called a couple of the bigger companies thinking they'd be more equipped and available to fix my problem on a holiday. No response! AccuServ to the rescue!! They came out quick, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the next day with a new part. Very thankful they were able to source the part, work on a holiday, and get my house back to toasty warm. Thanks again AccuServ!!
