Excellent Service! We had to switch from septic to sewage in Langford due to a new by-law. Earthservice had a reasonable price, not the lowest and not the highest. Once the work started, they were punctual for start times. They maintained a clean working area, never leaving mess overnight. They dug a trench from our backyard all the way to the street and once they were done, it was hard to notice anything out of place. Crew was polite and friendly and worked hard. 10/10 would recommend Earth Service.

Don't hesitate to contact Drainmaster, they are responsive super professional and out there to minimize the cost to the homeowner. Always timely and I can say I really appreciate their service - highly recommend and I like all of their team hard workers!!!
This is one of the most unethical and unprofessional septic businesses I have used. They charged us 800 for a inspection and pumpout (basically billing us for 4.5 hours of work). Previous companies have charged us less than half. When i filed a similar complaint and read the other comments similar comments of price gauging and overcharging appear consistent. Was a good place to work. Good wages and management well run. I think I was only their about a year, due to, I already had 10 years in the industry and was losing interest in the trade. Good bunch.
