ZERO STARS!!!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. We ordered an item that was promised to arrive in 6-8 weeks. No notifications no updates. Arrived 5 months late. After telling them we no longer want it the INSANELY RUDE manger, refused to refund the order after. She said “too bad”. These guys are running a shady business!!

So, admittedly, some of the lead staff/older ladies can be a bit aloof and unfriendly... However, when it comes down to service policy and sheer selection of finer baby products and staff knowledge of products, this place is the best bang for your time-buck. We have purchased most of our bigger products here, strollers, carriers, even our toddler's "princess bed." Our baby boy will soon be needing similar things such as a bigger bed. Prices are actually competitive to Toys R Us, for similar items - definetly better prices AND selection than the few baby boutiques in town.
STAY WAY IF YOU CAN! Here are some reasons why:1) The management/ownership shows little or no respect for the customer. I think this organization lacks integrity.2) The advertising is intentionally misleading.3) Some of the floor staff are pleasant, but management and the staff at the till will make you feel used if you do anything but fork over money.4) If there is ANY possible excuse to make the sale "final" they will use it.Someone please open a competing baby furniture and accessory store. Right now I'd rather wait in line at Walmart or Babies-R-Us than deal with them.
e-children promoted a one day sale for FREE 2nd seat with the purchase of city select stroller. The the promo for City Select sent out via email was free second seat, the promo they mention when I call before going to store is free second seat. the promo when I walk in to the store (at noon) and staff tell me about the promotion was free second seat, when it comes to paying for the item, I noticed it cost more than the regular price of the stroller. When ask the manager why it is more, she first said this is the price of the stroller if you want to get the FREE second seat and if I want to pay regular price for the stroller I have to pay full price for the second seat. I said that is false advertisement. She called the district manager and come back and changed the deal saying it is a package deal, and said that correction was already posted on facebook. When check facebook (at the store) the posting was done during the conversation between store and district manager 53 seconds ago. So DO NOT TRUST THEM, they change the advertisement as they see fit.
