Last two rentals have been terrible. Wood chipper that didn’t chip, returned it immediately and an argument ensued. Rented a genie man lift, primary boom and boom extension didn’t work from basket controls. Called for assistance and was told they won’t come service it because it was a re-rent from another dealer. I managed to use it for what it would reach. They charged full price with no apology let alone a discount on delivery/pick up charges. Now have to rent another to complete the job. Won’t be from CRS/SunBelt!
Great new store ands tons of rental equipment with a lot of it being brand new.
Always have what I need and willing to accommodate my budgets
