After years of killing every plant I touched, I was ready to turn over a new leaf (sorry, not sorry) and adopt some new houseplants. I found Dynasty's website to be very easy to use and categories of items well organized. Checkout and scheduling delivery went smoothly. My order arrived within 2 days in perfect condition, all plants were healthy. I'm happy to say a week later they are all still thriving. Would definitely recommend Dynasty and give them 2 green thumbs up!!
I have purchased a few plants from here and the curb side pickup was seamless. All beautiful and healthy plants. I emailed Dynasty yesterday evening to ask for some assistance with one plant (about a year after purchase) and they contacted me back in the morning. Leiney was so patient and helpful by taking the time to figure out what was going on with my plant. I was very impressed with the customer service!
Awesome customer service! Bought a Yucca wthat was recently propogated and hadn't rooted yet. Only noticed it after 2 weeks when it started to look unhealthy. They were able to exchange it for us! I've bought 3 different types of plants from them so far and would go back again.
I worked with an employee at Dynasty to source two large plants for my apartment. Overall, my experience was extremely pleasant. The customer service exceeded my expectations and the delivery process was seamless. If you're looking for large (or small) houseplants that you would like delivered, I highly recommend purchasing from Dynasty.
I shop here far more often then I'd like to admit. They're shops are always stocked with amazing plants and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I've also made a couple online orders during covid and the pick-ups went smoothly and I was so happy with the plants I got. Great place to pick up plant babies for yourself, friends and family!

Equally stunning is their selection of planters, which are works of art in their own right. But most importantly, the people that run this shop are super friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to make sure you go home with a new green friend you’ll love for years to come.
