I rate these guys 5 star because they deserve it. I have met Barb and Darrel and cant say enough about how much they give back to the community. They are very honest and professional, They are efficient, courteous and ensure your tank is completely emptied with out causing damage on your land. The Bell and Cyphon in the tank was knocked off by the operator that did the cleaned out. I was hopeful that we could work together to get the tank cleaned out again and have the part reinstalled. It was explained to me that it was not installed correctly to begin with, and it pulled out on it's own weight. All the other times the tank was cleaned out, it did not come off. Our invoice was 230, charged extra for extra hose and extra time. Use caution, get a firm price, pictures before and after. There are several other Septic companies in the area.
