Went here with my family last weekend. We were explained the rules of visiting the orchard. The woman told us to maintain social distance and wear a mask when we could not, which isn't hard to do since you are outside in an orchard. Out in the orchard a man on the tractor approached us and very angrily told us to put a mask on or leave his property, we tried to explain that we weren't told to wear a mask the entire time on the property. He was very angry and had his arms crossed and said something along the lines of he tells people every single day, to which we replied that we weren't there everyday therefore it isn't our fault and his anger is misdirected and also that the rule wasn't made clear and there wasn't a need to be rude or aggressive. We aren't anti maskers, we were out in an orchard. He didn't care, and stormed off. We promptly left. We'll never go back there.

This was my third time visiting Apple farm and the woman/owner was exceptionally rude. I was not wearing a mask as we were outdoors and she lost it on me. Referred to a large board with rules for Apple picking and continued to verbally berate me in front of all the customers. I found this strange as she was aware of my husbands immediate response and he ran back to the vehicle to retrieve it in front of her. I maintained politeness and respectfully agreed with her and then she said “it’s my property so we make the rules and if you don’t like it you can leave!” We were there with our five year old grand daughter and it totally ruined the entire day. In retrospect I should have left as it was an honest mistake. Never have I felt so undeservedly humiliated in public by a business owner in my life. It was a good lesson on how not to treat people.
Fun hour to spend with the family. Apple trees are loaded with lots for the picking. Price reasonable. Wish for more selection but still a lot of variety!
Lady didn’t believe us that we paid via e-transfer as they take cash only. Even when we showed her the confirmation number. Gave me massive attitude when I showed her the reference number for e-transfer and said what more can I say. It’s right here. She said I own this place if you give me more attitude you can leave ! Lol lol. Hands down. Worst businessperson I’ve met. Was a rude person. Surprised she’s in business. Don’t go here go somewhere where they respect their customers. Who takes cash only ?? Especially during a pandemic. People who don’t want to pay tax!!!!!!! Close you Apple orchard and make pies with them. And now we got yelled at by a guy on a tractor saying we’re in an area where no apple picking. Allowed. I said sorry there was no sign! He said there are 2 buckets in the middle of the walkway. Huh? Try using a SIGN! We can’t read your BUCKETS MIND!
I have Never been apple picking before, i loved this place and the varity of apples to choose from. Workers at the \front desk\ where very helpful and sarah the dog is a delight :) I'm glad we got there early (10am) in the day, because by the time we were leaving it was very busy (11.40) very pleasant and a lovely morning.
