I Googled Ottawa Candy Stores and Runamok came up for their cotton candy. I purchased some for a late stocking stuffer, and one for myself! It was amazing. I just picked up my second order! They have so many flavours! We have now tried 4 different flavours and they have all been delicious and crazy accurate to their flavouring! Each time I have done curb-side pick up they have come out promptly with a mask on and physically distanced. Both orders have been accurate. I find their pricing fair. I’ve seen regular bagged cotton candy at the grocery store for the same price, and this is leaps and bounds above that junk. I’ve had great experiences and I look forward to using their other services when it’s safe to do so.

We rented a train from the crew at Runamok Amusements for a Santa Claus parade with Gabriel Pizza and they were absolutely amazing. They were so nice and helpful for the entire experience leading up to and for the day of the event. They were extremely accommodating to my many changes and annoying questions, they went above and beyond to help me ensure the event was a complete success. We have already secured them for another event we have at the end of the month and will absolutely be using them in the future, I highly recommend this group of professionals.
I cant not express enough how great of an experience we had with Runamok! We had a family event (outside of course to allow for distaning). We booked fairly last minute for the concession truck and Cindy and Casey were beyond accommodating from booking to event! They offered suggestions on what would be best for the type of event, they worked with us on timing, and were even better in person on the day of. They even made special labels for the cotton candy representing graduation during a pandemic. The guests completely enjoyed everything and made comments about how kind Cindy and Casey were. Runamok used proper masks and gloves to help keep everyone safe. The price was great too and the value of the products and services far exceeded the price. I would definitely recommend Runamok for any event big or small. Our event was a small family event and they were perfect! Thank you so much for bringing a smile to my nieces face during this trying time. You guys are the best!
