Great Customer Service!
I've always found the staff to be helpful and friendly, and I've enjoyed dealing with them. However, I had a leaf blower serviced by them and it ran no better than before, and I had a bill for over 100. Brother's Rental had it running like a top and they only charged me 80.00. I also had Windmill service a snow blower that was surging. They charged me about 250. It still surges and now takes about 6 pulls to get started, instead of on the first pull like before. I'm no longer impressed.
Exceptional service. We live in BC and were attempting to order a gift (landscaping equipment) for someone living in Dundas. From start to finish, the customer service and knowledge was top notch. The workers here truly went above and beyond to fulfill our request. Would highly recommend.
Great place to get parts for your small engines and power equipment. Rental equipment has always been in good condition and they are reasonably priced.
