I guess the Winchester Arms is our local, and that's great! Charming decor, friendly staff, lovely pub food menu, and gigantic fish pieces -- see my photo. Really great mashed potatoes too. It's pretty busy at mealtimes, especially on Friday night, so either go early or be prepared to sit at the bar for a few minutes while awaiting your table. It's much bigger on the inside than it seems from the outside: lots of seats!
This is unquestionably one of the finest place to eat in the area. Anytime I visit this place I am very happy. They keep their high level service and the topmost level of dishes they serve. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.
Love the chill pub atmosphere. Food is great. Chicken wings or chicken pot pie are good choices.
Local pub open on Thanksgiving Service was very slow waitress was all alone she did a great job trying to do everything. Pub food with dinner items on the menu
