I dont even want to rate the 1 star. Last time I went to taco bell. There was cockroaches. And all the lady could say was they come from the outside. This place needs to pest controlled. Its disgusting I'll never eat here again

We been in stage 3 for a few weeks now and eat in dinning still is not allowed. The owner seems worried about hiring more staff to sanitize restaurant than customer comfort. Dundas location is permanently closed. This review is for the other Hamilton area restaurants.

This particular location is chaos at lunchtime. It can take a long time to place and receive your order during this time. Outside of this time it is pretty quick and not busy. It is very inexpensive. You can get a lot for your money. The quality of the food is ok for fast food. You are going to get what you expect. I haven't had any issues or bad experiences at this location. The physical location inside Jackson Square is the main issue. The food court area is poorly maintained; but that is not the restaurant's responsibility.

They are charging GST (General Sales Tax) and HST. My 8.99 order should only be charged HST, not HST & GST. I will be reporting this location to the CRA and other government for tax fraud as they are clearly charging taxes twice and pocketing the difference. Manager and Staff are nice though!

12 minutes to make 4 tacos and fries. No explanation or apology: "it's a big order" is what I was told when I asked why it took 12 minutes. There goes HALF of my lunch break. RUDE staff. Will NEVER go back, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Tacohell is easy on the wallet and mostly good food for a few bucks..And will take off the tax if any skonz show thier card far as I know..

The pregnant cashier was extremely helpful on deciding meal choices... excellent customer service... prompt waiting time... and overall just a very bubbly individual and I haven't had that good of customer service in a long time!
