Don’t go here, go to the subway in university plaza instead of this one!!!!! Much better! This location used to be much better and has gone downhill recently. I went in to buy a sub the other day and the lady got angry with me when I decided not to buy it when they didn’t have any spinach. (The sub was already in the oven) the owner of the store called me to say they don’t order spinach because they can’t keep it fresh as long.... I find this hard to believe and more of just a way of cutting cost. Also he then defended the girl in saying “you should understand their frustration” Terrible customer service.
Wouldn't let us sit down. Walked over to tims and sat down with no issues. Also had no cucumbers. Unbelievable!

Excellent customer service. The girl who was working right now(September 24, 4:00 PM). she has very good customer service skills. Good quality, Fresh food, and excellent customer service P.S : she really had hard time understanding my accents haha
