Cashier, Wear your mask properly. In an amazing coincidence, after leaving another store in this plaza where this also occurred, you were at the front with your mask on your chin. You quickly pulled it up when a customer approached. That's now how that works. You knew better because you knew to fix it. Will avoid this location in favour of one taking the pandemic more seriously. Please protect others from yourself. Mask. Properly.

The staff in your beauty department are excellent, and obviously well educated in skin care. Both Olga and Natasha definitely are well educated in cosmetics and they gave me the best service, and were extremely helpful when I was trying to find the correct makeup for my skin. They were patient with me and my concerns, and very knowledgable. I can't say that about the other Shoppers Drug Mart in the Dundas area, where I found the beauty staff there to be rude and not helpful at all. So Bravo to the manager of your beauty department for training your staff so well in customer service. I will now be doing all my beauty shopping at this Shoppers Drug Mart!

Every now and then, something I want is out of stock. But at least they respect people who are exempt in accordance with the Hamilton by-law. I am impressed that they fix their 1 litre chocolate milk price at no more than 1.49. That happens with multiple shoppers drug mart chains. But all in all, the experience is good.

Sabih (forgive me if I got that wrong I am terrible with names!) was the MOST helpful pharmacy tech I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He took the time to explain my prescriptions, answered all of my many questions and helped me fix an error that my doctor made. He was so pleasant and friendly to deal with the entire time!! He deserves a nice raise as he is super helpful and his customer service was AMAZING!! Thank you again!!
