I'm so happy to share this review...Doug and his team (Rob and Darrell) were friendly, efficient and professional. From the very first call and quote to the follow-up communication, it was a seamless process. Also, clearing out a house can be an emotional experience and I thought they handled that very well as I hesitated on some items and they were very patient. After they left, I realized that I was missing footings from a leather couch and they actually went through the items and just called this morning to let me know they'd found them! Now that's going above and beyond considering it was an entire truck worth of items. It's all about service and I love supporting and referring businesses that subscribe to the same philosophy! Rob and his colleague provided us with an onsite estimate on Tuesday and were available when we were ready, returning Friday (today) to complete the removal of 2 very large rear screen projection TVs and miscellaneous smaller electronics. They were efficient, careful, professional and friendly! Their quote was better than 2 other well known removal companies. Booked a visit the previous week, then on the following Monday (day of junk removal) received a phone call and an ETA for the arrival time of the team. Once the team arrived I received a quote, accepted it, work was done then paid for. Timely, efficient, great value. Plus friendly service early on a Monday Morning.
