I was a tenant in a property that Rowan LTD manages. There are a variety of reasons why people rent, and in my case it was a transition in a stressful situation. At every turn, the entire team at Rowan were always professional, while at the same time setting boundaries and being empathetic and supportive. If I was the owner of the building, I would be equally delighted with how conscientious they were in caring for my investment. As a tenant, I felt heard, cared for and supported. Any issue requiring repair was attended to immediately. Common areas were maintained well, and any contact with any of the team was always a positive interaction. I would highly recommend Rowan Property Management to building owners and renters alike.

For the past 4 years, we have used Rowan Property Management services. Living in the lower mainland area, it was next to impossible to handle the repairs and regular maintenance on our Duncan property and we had to rely on a qualified and reputable management company. Rowan provided excellent service both in finding qualified tenants and responsiveness in doing the regular maintenance and needed repairs. We have used property management companies in the lower main land area and there is no comparison to the professionalism offered by Rowan. Once of the key attributes of their services is their ability to go the extra mile in terms of getting the best price and the highest quality of service from local contractors.
I have been a tenant of Rowan Properties for over 6 years. The staff is AMAZING. Margaret has been nothing but kind and knowledgeable over all the years. She has been here for my boys and I. I'm forever grateful to her. Rowan Properties have other great staff too. There is Amanda and Kim and really there is not one person I have dealt with that hasent taken care of me.
