A year ago, as a project manager for a small non-profit where none of us knew anything about our website, I faced the daunting job of transitioning a large and complex drupal based website to something that still held all our data, but could be managed by \technophobes\ like me. Mark quickly assessed our situation, recommended a path forward, and guided us through the fog with enthusiasm, patience, and cheerful professional confidence. During the transition, he let us set the pace but made sure we met any important deadlines, and we felt like he had our back the whole way. The new site is now live, functional and secure.
