I drove from the Greater Victoria Area to shop at Jysk in Duncan, and it was well worth the drive. Upon entering the store, a customer rep asked if I needed assistance, which I did. The rep, Vishard, helped me with my inquiries and shopping needs. He went above and beyond. I haven’t experienced customer service at that level in so very long. Thank you Vish for your help and I will be back because of my experience at your store. Thanks again.

Love Jysk Duncan !!! Clean bright great selection Good helpful staff . For those who have never worked retail... this is a tough job. To satisfy everyone is not possible . So don t complain . Unless it has been a bad experience every time you shop a particular store . Then perhaps its YOU not the store .
