We hired Haven Design (Petula) for the design of a multi family home. It has been a JOY to work with her all along. She always answered the phone or replied to us very quickly. She showed herself very interested by our project, providing good ideas and recommendations. She always made us feel VERY COMFORTABLE to ask modifications on the plan. Never, we felt rushed on anything and we always felt that we were on her priority list. Her customer service was beyond expectations. What a great experience from start to finish. Beyond exceptional drawings that helped from the permitting process through to construction. Very inquisitive during the as-built stage of the existing structure, with a keen sense of detail. Loved that the work could be done from a different province and sent by email to be printed off, communicating the whole time with text, very seamless. We would definitely use Petula at Haven Designs again. Excellent job, and thanks so much!
