Our team consisted of John, Zack, Travis and Adam. They were all very professional, hard working and very friendly. I was impressed by how they quickly wrapped all my furniture in heavy blankets, and they all worked well together as a team. All the staff at Minute Men were very helpful and made our move stress free. Thank you so much!!!

My wife and I contracted Minute Men Moving's Duncan location to move our home from Vancouver to the Duncan area 6 months ago. Our complaints have yet to be addressed in any way. Our contract was for a 5 ton truck with wardrobe boxes and slots to protect our artwork. Instead of a 5 ton truck, we got an empty 20' container on a flatbed truck (and no wardrobe containers, leaving us to scramble to pack our clothing instead). Because the 20' container was too small to fit everything, we had to leave our patio furniture and plants behind. When we asked Minute Men for help with these items, we were told it was basically our problem to solve, as we had not warned them that we had a patio (not true, we had told them)! To add insult to injury, our bill was for more than twice the estimate (our furniture would not be unloaded until we paid by credit card). I strongly recommend using someone else if you plan to move in the near future.

They kept calling and changing the date so when I finally did get a date I made plans around it only for them to get my stuff in the truck and then change the date again didn't matter what I said they'd wanted me to meet up north at my next house so they can unload three days earlier than what they told me before. Never get anything from these guys unless it's in writing. I repeatedly told them there's no way I can get there that fast but they didn't care I said I could be there Saturday they said if they unloaded Saturday I had to pay more for overtime for their mistake not mine. The guys that came to the house work hard I had no problem with them it's everybody on top of the workers that messed it up. The last time they called I wrote it in my phone the date packing date delivery date but they told me I was wrong I agreed to this other date. Extremely unprofessional and unethical but once they get your stuff in their truck they don't care they blackmail you to what they want. I'm a Canadian veteran and this is how they treated me.
