Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am beginner refinishing a table and used an old stain I had found in my dad's garage, after putting it on it was way to red for what I was wanting. The staff were able to help me find a different stain that would eliminate the red tones and also gave me advice on how to apply. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
