I bought a set of used Dunbars and have been remarkably happy with the sound. When I approached Rick about some refreshing of the finish and engraving on the ferrules, he has been very helpful in navigating through the options. I don't know how many times I wrote to him with little questions. He responded quickly and professionally as if I was his most important client. I can recommend both the product and the service with confidence.
Very upset with order recently placed. Contacted via their contact page on their site and still no answer. Ordered a new bag cover for my Dunbar P 3. On their online store they show a cover made by Highland Gear, just like the one that came with my pipes and I ordered it. However they sent a cover from a different maker that is so poorly made I feel that with a fully inflated it will split. Granted the Highland Gear bag is more expensive and I don't mind paying the extra. Sell the product you advertise, up date your site.
I've been very happy with the chanter I bought from Dunbar, as well as the fast and considerate response to a few questions I had when I reached out to them. Customer for life :)
