Atmosphere was great, I was there around 11am for brunch so It was nice and quite. Service was fast, waitress was happy and sparked conversation with my friends. I had a great experience.

I came here with my sister for lunch. Usually pubs are only about 1/2 full for lunch, but not this one. What did others know that we didn't? The food was okay; nothing special, nothing that spoke 'Irish' to us either. Pub food is generally known to be good, hearty food sold at reasonable prices. After all, the food isn't where the money is. Well at the Duke of Dublin, they appear to feel that the food ranks much higher than it does and there wasn't enough money left in my budget to buy another beer to wash it down with. We ate at the Duke over a year ago and have never returned; doubtful we ever would again.
Great atmosphere. Perfect place to meet with friends for a drink. The food really isn't that remarkable. Very loud inside and often has live music. You go for the atmosphere
The Puke Of Dublin. the food is disgusting, greasy, tasteless, I have had better food at MacDonalds, The service was SLOW, we waited 20 mins before we saw a waitress, then getting two beers was even slower. I was almost ready to leave when the waitress appeared with our drinks, and then she managed to screw that up too. Then the bill, interesting things, we were changed for, 4 meals instead of two, we were charged for items we never ordered. We had to fight the waitress, and the manager who claimed we ordered everything on the bill. It was to the point that I said F*** it and called the police myself. NEVER Eat in this sh** hole.
I got the big burger with the egg on it, pretty good. Kilkenny was eight bucks though...
Duke of Dublin? More like the Duke of Delhi. Smelled like cabbage, but the kitchen was closed.
