Shocked at how good the service is here. I came in at first because I accidentally ripped the nose piece off my glasses. I had never been there and they knew that, but they still graciously helped me and didn't expect pay. Afterwards I decided I would replace my lenses here as well, and when I did my eye exam dr dueck was very thorough. All I did was replace the lenses in my current frame, they accepted this without comment and didn't try to sell me any other frames. There was no pushiness, but I could feel that the entire team really cares for their customers on a personal level. Dr. Dueck even taught me a lot of things about my eyes that no other doctor had the patience to discuss with me before. I will be coming here from now on for everything I need :) thank you so much, 5 stars doesn't even seem like enough.

I really dont appreciate how pushy Dr. dueck is with the sales of glasses. Hes a good doctor, but always hustles you along to his wall of glasses as soon as you're done the exam, and his staff are constantly pestering my wife and I when we're looking. When my mom went for her appointment, she didnt even realize that they had ordered lenses for her. Dr. Dueck just pushed her to the desk, took her glasses and had people measure them without even explaining she that he was requesting an order. I'm so disappointed by this, and now my mom is stuck with lenses she didnt even want.

First time being in there and got a pair of glasses. Absolutely great staff! Very helpful and fast, would definitely recommend them :)
