These guys are ripping customers off. I have purchased a vehicle from them in oct 2020. Its been more than two months and they haven't yet refunded my 500 refundable. also, the amount I am paying/week is more than what they offered me on the contract. Not only this, they promised to provide me with the front grille and second key but that never happened. even after writing multiple times and reaching out to the salesman nothing happened and he even stop responding me back.

Not a fan of the South Shore by any means (had not been for about 5 years), this dealership had what I wanted and it was relatively pleasant dealing with staff to complete the sale transaction. Vehicle pick up was extremely quick with no fussing or grandiose presentation. Never used the mechanical services therefore cannot comment on this side of the offer.
