Nice but small dealership, which alas no longer had the car I saw on the online inventory. Took a long time for the salesperson to determine where the stock was, and if they could get a similar one from other dealerships. Kept wanting to evaluate my trade-in even before I had made a choice, which really annoyed me. Ended up leaving and buying a high-end Mazda SUV that very same day.

Was interested in a 2018 Ram 1500 and was willing to trade my current 2011 Ram. I was looking for a specific color that was hard to find and was lucky enough to find one at Duclos in Laval. They are 50 minutes from home so I was really hoping this would work. First issue - they give you a four box paper with the upper left, asking price, upper right, the new price, lower left your trade in value and lower right, the monthly payments. After doing a lot of research, their new price (pre-tax of course) was probably 1000-1500 higher than the norm. The trade-in value was interesting I thought but found out it included tax!! Very deceiving as everyone knows a price for anything is \plus tax\. A manager told me some BS story that this is how car dealers do it - really, it's called deception. So now my trade-in 1200 less than I thought. I looked up on their wall and noticed a sign saying \we negotiate\. In order to overlook this deception, I asked for an accessory to be added to the new truck, which they said no. So no price negotiation or accessory for their lies. I spoke to the manager the next day and explained the situation - he blamed it on the salesman! He asked if he gives me an extra 1000 on my trade-in, would I accept. I did BUT will never return for service or another vehicle. Reading all these negative comments, I don't understand how the consumer protection bureau has not investigated these jokesters. And, like all of the responses, they will read my evaluation, say sorry and will advise the salesman, or manager or someone else. Translation, we have your money, will keep cheating customers and nothing will change. 1 star for the receptionist is the best I can do here.

They lied about a price mistake to make clients think that they saved a couple thousand dollars. Also embelished cars with wheel covers on the kijiji ad which they did not include at the actual dealership. Pretty common marketing tactics and pretty dishonest

Very Disappointing Experience with Duclos Laval Chrysler... Went in for a trade in for a 2020 RAM, they put up a show when working on the sale and ask for a credit card to try and seal deal. Once deal is approved they try to sell you on extras but if you don't accept and wait for call to go pick up the truck and finalize. You do not hear for them for 2 weeks and do not return calls and having to physically go to dealer during a pandemic to try and get answers they're sincere with you but with more delays so they all agree on way forward because they know the deal was so good for the client they weasel their way out of deal saying truck is no longer available and offer to sell you another one at 3K more... What's the use of negotiating in the first place? Talk about honoring a deal and being professional, the owner doesn't even have face to speak to the customer and try to make things right... They are quick to get down payment to reserve sale price but take their time to inform customer that they will not honor deal and then have them wait another 2 weeks to receive their down payment. Just a big show and dance, when you go back everybody pretends they don't know you.... be aware, better yet stay far away!

Great experience with the service and the director of sales made sure all request were fulfilled.The sales rep was courteous and polite.They were prompt to all my needs and questions I will continue my business with them and suggest them to family and friends.
