Went to the Duke class and it was amazing! We had a lot of fun and learned a bunch of great tips and techniques. Our instructor Kerri was awesome and the cakes turned out perfectly

Excellent classes and instruction. I have attended the pies and preserves classes. The pies class was wonderful. I am surprised at how simple pie dough is to make! We made apple, cherry, banana cream pies and butter tarts. With so many examples, I’m confident with the tips I learned that I can recreate these recipes at home. The preserves class offered instruction on how to ensure we prepare our preserves safely. We made a jam and compote. I purchased the instructors book so that I can continue learning at home. I look forward to having a pantry full of homemade treats on hand.

I’ve done 2 classes here and absolutely LOVE IT!! The classes are informative. Completely worth the . You get delicious snacks from the bakery, a mid class charcuterie snack (made by cafe linnea) and take home treats! The instructors are super awesome and I can’t wait to do more classes in the future.

I have taken baking classes through a few places and they really cannot stack up to Duchess. I learned how to make french macarons shortly prior to taking the Duchess macaron class but the experience was AMAZING. I learn so much still. First off, Trisha (instructor), fantastic! She is knowledgeable, she's funny, approachable. Such a joy! The class was so relaxing and facility is gorgeous. You can really tell how much is poured into these classes. I also took the Christmas cookie decorating class and everything was set up so nicely. Must have taken so much prep for the staff. Second, I am completely converted to the Duchess recipe for Macs and plan on purchasing the cookbook at my next class. I have made several batches at home since taking the course and though I needed to adjust temperature for my oven I have gotten 100% full shells every time even with playing around with shaped macarons for Christmas. And lastly, I'm so excited to take more classes in the next couple months (4! because I'm obsessed with baking). Thank you so much!
