I was with D&S Snow removal from the beginning. They were great, always friendly, and service was top notch. Then they continued to grow and added a rude dispatcher who gives you hard time when if/have you call. Their service continued to slide, barely cleaning the driveway at all until late in the day. The final straw they sent the invoice out a few days late for the final payment last year, so I was a few days late paying as I didn't notice it right away. This year they tell me I have to pay all up front in order to receive service with a snarky tone. That's how they treat a customer who has been with them since the beginning. I left them and went with ChoreGuys. Very excellent service, if you service is lacking like mine was then give ChoreGuys a call or email and you won't be disappointed!

They bust the plow pile early in the AM so you can get to work, then come back later to clean up once your car is gone.
