I called these folks to clean the dryer duct in a rental apartment I own. The guy said he could do it and would give me a time. The time he offered was not possible for my tenant. I told him and his response was to say 'find someone else to do it'. Bit of a prima donna if you ask me.
We recently bought a new dryer that has an airflow sensor and told us the vent was blocked. I didn't think it could be that bad and thought maybe the sensor was overly sensitive, but our ducting vents through the roof so I had no easy way to confirm. We decided to call Iain to get it checked out just in case. I was shocked at how badly it was plugged! Iain cleaned it out and now the dryer works great. He was great to deal with and I highly recommend him.
Iain provides unbelievable customer service - he is knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. We've used his services a few times and most recently for an emergency situation where he provided advice and completely rearranged his schedule to help us out. I would definitely recommend him!
