I never write reviews but i had to for this place. Been a loyal customer for over 4 years but was sick of the "Sorry this is the best we can do" tag so decided to the take the same Jacket to another dry cleaning place. Multiple marks like the one pictured below were removed at a lower cost and jacket feels and smells like new. Naresh - you have lost my trust and my respect.

Store was not very clean
Completely unprofessional - did not acknowledge their error when my item was not cleaned. No effort was made to remedy the situation. Not only was the service not rendered, but they were also very rude on the phone, and in person. They did not apologize, and made it sound like it was my fault. AVOID AT ALL COSTS A zero star rating should be available for businesses like this.
We sent in items to be hemmed and after five days they came back and were the wrong length. The staff (owner?) Was very apologetic and had it redone as a rush job, which was nice, but we'll never go back. We also found this shop to be a bit pricey.
Brought a shirt and jacket in to get cleaned - paid for one day service - when I got the cleaning home IT WASN'T EVEN CLEANED, the shirt wasn't ironed they both look and smelt the same, not even a whiff of dry cleaning smell - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
