We’ve used Dry Cleaning By Dave a couple of times now and they’ve been absolutely wonderful to deal with! Most recently, my daughter washed a lip gloss with all her favourite clothes, we tried everything and couldn’t get the grease stains out. They just delivered our order and everything looks new again! She will be ecstatic. We highly recommend them and we will use them again and again!

Jeff is whom I deal with, responsive and courteous. I’ve been looking for a cleaner that does heavy starch on shirts, these are the only guys I know. All my cleaning goes there now.
My fiancé brought a handmade blanket and a pair of UGG sleepers to get dry cleaned. First off it took well over a month. Secondly, the reason I got the blanket dry cleaned was because it was delicate. They called and all the Pom poms came off and they didn’t even give them back so I could put them back on. We had to call THEM to find out when it would be ready. Month and a half later we get it back and the UGGS don’t even look that clean, and now they have an odour when I wear them. They offered 50 dollar’s off the bill, however we had already paid up front. So they gave us a 50 dollar credit, instead of giving us 50 dollars back. We will never use it nor ever go back there again. Beware of taking anything of value to this place. I find that an interesting response from you. I stand by everything I wrote and you can feel free to call me the liar. We will never be back.

I took my son's suit there because he needed it cleaned as soon as possible for a funeral. It was a mess, and they had it back to me very quickly and although I was expecting a big price tag, it was very reasonable. So, we are probably bringing our drycleaning 'home', and I decided to check out the reviews. My kid needs his wool coat cleaned. Our regular cleaner retired and we moved to another. My husband thinks the new place is just as much as Dave's and we should go local. I get the price comparison, because we were there. However, maybe take a second look. We can't find any dry cleaner that was as reasonable as our mom and pop operation hidden in Silver Springs...and now they are retired. So, basically this is a positive review but at the same time, I'm a bit confused. First of all, why would you take a 'new coat' to a dry cleaner? I don't get it. If you never wore it, how did it get dirty? And secondly, why would you not ask what the rates before you commit to it? That fits for mechanics, plumbers, cab drivers, and well, dry cleaners. I ask first--so the "if I had know how expensive it was I would not have take it there" doesn't impact my choices because I ask, and more than one source so I can decide if it is more. We will be bringing a coat down to Dave's and, yup, it's worn and covered in dog hair ;-) Which I am sure we should note before we leave it, and after we ask how much.
Dave's not only cleans our coats and finer things, I personally love getting my Uggs spruced up and sanitized, and I save huge money doing that! They even brought my fave casual Ñike canvas spring runners to life... (EVEN THE WHITE LACES CAME OUT SPOTLESS, DIDNT HAVE TO REPLACE THEM)....

The staff at Dave's are super polite and helpful! I'm always in a rush to get my stuff cleaned last minute, but their always able to help me out. As the only cleaners in Cochrane, I guess they have the market cornered, so naturally I'd expect the prices to be high. But it was pretty much on par with what you'd expect in Calgary.
