Doug and his team were recommended to me by a close friend who had windows put it and was pleased with his work and I can see why. We had our consultation with Doug and he helped us make decisions that were right for us. We had three windows replaced as well as our front door. His team came and did the work in a day and cleaned up too. I am happy with both the professionalism, work, service and yes, also the price. I would recommend you check them out.

I had Mike and Ryan from DRW install 2 exterior doors. My house is old so nothing was easy or straightforward about the install. Mike and Ryan would run things by me during the install and inform me about any changes they needed to make. By the end I was calling them MacGyvers (or MacGruber). They were very honest and up front. Nothing seemed to faze them. I especially appreciated how unflappable they were and how quiet. They obviously work so well together. Mike and Ryan are so easy to communicate with and obviously want to please the home owner. Thank you so much Mike and Ryan. The doors look just gorgeous! As an addendum, I had the Project Coordinator, Brittany Fletcher, get in touch with me the same day about a storm door from Home Depot they were unable to install as it was not the right size. She did the run around with Home Depot to sort out the return and pickup of the door. Brittany went way above and beyond her job description. She is a gem!
