I got the worst experience ever in this dealership. First of all The salesman was not professional he did not Treated me very well. I bought the car 15 days ago they told the car is maintained well and there is no problem with it then when I received the car I found out that The rear signal light was not working and I change it myself then I noticed something not normal with the car I went to another Honda dealer to see what is going on with it and they told me the battery is dead and transmission need update. I called Honda Drummondville to explain what happened about the battery so they can fix this issue and salesman said it’s not his problem and he hung up the phone on me.

5 Stars for the delivery experience of the car. 0 stars for everything afterwards. I had a few issues with the car after owning it for 2-3 weeks. One being the alignment being off. I knew this wouldn’t get fixed since we have poor road conditions and that they would use this excuse not to fix it. Second being a grinding noise by the wheels. I decided to go to a nearer Honda dealership and they told me that this dealership would cover the expense since I’ve owned the car for a couple weeks. After calling them, they held their foot down that they did nothing wrong and that the full inspection was done. Poor service to keep their clients happy.

Très mal reçu par le représentant sur place... Il a même injurié ma conjointe... Vraiment déçu! Notre premier choix d’achat était Honda parce que propriétaire d’une Accord depuis 5 ans nous étions pleinement satisfait du véhicule mais malheureusement cet incident nous a envoyé chez la compétition!!!

Sur un Honda Ridgeline 2017 black Edition, les collants près des moulures de fenêtre décollent (matériel de série). La garantie est de 3 ans - 60 000 km. Le véhicule a moins de 60 000 km et j'étais à une semaine plus tard de la fin de la garantie lors de l'appel mais évidemment que le problème était là bien avant. Au final, ils ont payé presque la totalité de la facture après quelques démarches. Merci à Marc-Antoine et Marie-Pier.
