My daughter just completed her treatment after 2.5 yrs. Dr. Eckler and Associates, have always showed a tremendous amount of professionalism, courtesy, and client centered care. 3 of my family members have all had braces through this office, and I am overall extremely satisfied with the excellent service they received. This office offers payment plans for those without insurance coverage and try their best to be as accommodating as possible. Dr. Mark Eckler, Dr. Black and Dr. Leung are upstanding health professionals. I highly recommend this office.

I had my braces when I was 14 years old and ever since have been in love with my smile. I had visited the office again for a check in 8 years later and everything about the process was just as quick and seamless as it was the first time around. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, I was in and out in no time at all, and I left confident that whatever questions or concerns I had could be resolved by coming back to where I had my initial work done. My mother, sister, and cousins have all used Smile Solutions since, and have been just as pleased with their results. My smile is now one of my favourite and most complimented features and I owe it all to Dr. Ecklers, Black and their incredible team at SS!

I went to 5 different orthodontists before I made my decision to go with Smile Solutions. The whole team from Smile Solutions is amazing. Each Doctor took great care of me and I could not be happier with not just the outcome of my smile but how I was treated every time I walked through that door. Professional, clean, welcoming and extremely friendly staff! The care at Smile Solutions is honestly amazing beyond words. I could not be happier with my new smile and the treatment I received throughout the whole process!If you are debating where to go look no further!!!! I got my braces off yesterday, the team here is so kind and they make sure your aware of everything going on. Most members will explain things very clearly and leave no space for confusion. Many times I was in and out in an orderly fashion. I will be recommending them to whoever asks. 10/10
