When our rental had some mechanical issues most likely due to the cold, the sales team stayed late to help get us into another rental vehicle and on our way again after the rental staff had already gone home for the day. Very happy with the service!!

Pick up and drop off were very good and fast. The car was already ready, with full tank, clean and performed very well (as expected). I recommend and would definitely rent with then again.
Great place to rent vehicles in the North. While you can't rent them to drive the Dempster this is still the rental agency to go to for a vehicle. They have a kiosk at the airport and their main office is just down the road.
Called up, booked an appointment. Received a free ride from Whitehorse downtown to their rental offices. Got a free upgrade to an SUV as they had no more midsized vehicles. Affordable and no BS sales additions. Easy key drop off back at the airport. Excellent winter tires.
Nice place and did have a truck that worked for me at last minute but there was no notification of a mileage limit or what the charges would be if I went over. I informed the agent that I would be going to Fairbanks and back and I used the truck for 3 days total. I definitely would have taken the unlimited mileage extra charge per day as it would have saved me a ton of money. Guess buyer beware especially when in a tight spot!! Edit: They contacted me and we worked out a deal on the outrageous mileage charge. It helped but be sure to ask about the unlimited plan.
picked up nice clean vehicle at airport location in less than 15 min and was on my way for a weeks rental . Staff person was pleasant and detailed. Drop off was a breeze. Great service and value.
Our vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had rented a car seat for our infant, which they had recently purchased, and when we told them we felt it was unsafe for our child they were helpful in making the situation right by refunding the money for the car seat and giving us a discount for our time spent trying to install it and then having to buy a new one in town. They worked hard to remedy the situation and we'd be happy renting from them again. If you decide to rent a car seat from any car rental company, be sure to ask about the specific model you'll be getting, and consider bringing your own instead.
