Better to visit Brampton drive test center instead of Mississauga for any type of written test or document work as in Brampton they'll make the process easier and faster then Mississauga, not sure about the car or truck road tests. Though Mississauga is also good but I'm just comparing. Staff at both place is good and cooperative. If you're visiting in winters then you can choose Mississauga as waiting is indoor but in Brampton you may have to wait outside the building. Good Luck to whosoever is reading for your upcoming test. Cheers :)

Poor customer service, she was rude, On my first visit I was told by another lady that if I bring Abstract then would get full license so I paid for that and did bring it and then I was told abstract doesn’t matter. So I had to get license which she was giving me. She said I don’t care what another lady told u. They just want us to pay. Very bad service, poor knowledge.

If you plan to make it in and out you better prepare to be there before they open or at least before mid-day, otherwise don't waste your time. I went there on Saturday March 18 at 7 am to write a M1 test, an hour and a half before they were open, and there was already a line outside. By the time they were open, the line outside could go around the building. I was between the 15th and 20th person in line and it took more than 3 hours (after they were open) to get everything done.
