This center is a horrible place to deal with. The old lady that meets you at the door is unwelcoming person. She can honks she knows everything but she knows nothing. We went for out of province exchange license, they are so rude and treat you as a beggar. We wanted to add our international experience to our driving record. They have to guide us in a nice way. To be honest we dealt with the 3 ladies working there. Only one of them was so nice and trying to explain to me the procedure and what should I do. The other two ladies, sorry to say the lack customer service experience and were so rude. They were dealing with my husband. One of them didn’t add he correct middle name for my husband which led that his delay in the license process. When he wanted to correct it, she asked to make the whole license procedure from the scratch. She wanted to retake photo and signature. When he asked why? And showed her the letter from the ministry of transportation, which is mentioning they need only the middle name to be added correctly not mentioning to retake photo or signature. He told her use what is in your system. She made a big fuss and canceled the whole procedure and said I will not do it and let the ministry cancel your license. What kind of attitude is this. When my husband asked to see the supervisor she acted rudely and said not here, you have to leave now and I called the next customer to come. The old rude lady asked her to cancel his licence and his application. I can’t imagine that I can see this kind of Attitude here. We are coming from BC, you can’t imagine how decent the customer service over there. This place is really need to be checked and those employees need to be trained how to be patient with customers and explain everything that in a decent way.

Had to upgrade my licence. It was busy but they did a great job.
As a military family being posted across Canada during a pandemic, the last thing we needed was to be treated this way. We were greeted at the door (covid) by an older lady that promptly turned us away because we didn’t have a passport. I argued that you don’t need a passport, and she insisted that she was right because she had been working there for 20 years, after the checking their website for approved identification types we returned. It’s completely unacceptable for someone with 20 years in the job to not know what is and isn’t approved ID.
Great people working today. So patient and helpful. Not much if a wait but well organized. Thanks.
Everyone is super nice just passed my road test, everyone giving this place a 1 star most likely doesn’t know how to drive and should take some responsibility.
