Recently, I got my license from london drive test. The examiner Jessy was amazing and she made me feel comfortable throughout the test. I wish other people who gonna give test could have Jessy, so that they can feel more comfy and can easily get through the test without any stress.

Today is my 3rd time to visit the place either to enquire something or to submit some required documents for my renewal of driving license, my first impression to see the line up that it will last hours, but-in fact- I was very fast because the staff is very helpful, friendly and organized. On my 1st visit, the lady at the counter was not probably trained, but she called another staff member to answer my question and then she completed my paper professionally. Many of parking lots, McDonald’s is steps from the main door, Other food plaza across the street.

Great experience with the examiner Linda. Passed my G. Told her I was really anxious I dont like test. She was reasuring polite and understanding. Talked to her for a couple of minutes before we went on the road test. Which that helped! Thank you Linda :) keep doing what your doing your amazing!

There is one employee there that is not helpful at all, she refused my foreign driving experience and i had to contact the ministry of transportation to fix that. the employee asked me to go back to my home country to fix some paperwork which was weird considering the current covid-19 situation. And when i contacted the MTO they answered that they reviewed my paperwork and it's okay. Next time i went in with an email from the ministry of transportation the same lady told me you have to print out that email, i tried showing it to her on my cellphone but she didn't wanna see it. So basically she will look for any minor reason in order to avoid doing her job which is helping you finish your major purpose of the visit. she starts by looking at missing papers/items or even small mistakes in paperwork that will help her to avoid doing her job. such employees should be relocated as the front desk requires someone who really wants to help not just hate his job and wants to get rid of people
