I had the absolute pleasure dealing with Serge this morning. This man is not in it to take your money. He recommended how to fix my leak and it has nothing to do with the foundation. I had a leak in my basement (water was coming through the floors) and called a few reputable and well-known companies. Most of them said it was a crack in the foundation and quoted me 8Kto 15K to fix the problem. Many of them were very convincing that it was the problem. I took one last chance and called Serge. He came the next day, diagnosed the problem with his equipment and knowledge and found out that one of the pipes was broken and was leaking lots of water. The fix was 500 bucks! If you have a leak in your basement, don’t go to anyone else! This company is honest, reliable and tell the truth. They also are very knowledgeable and I felt that they actually cared for me as a customer more than making money.

This was actually the second time we went with this company. They did an excellent job with a previous job fixing a drainage issue at the front of our house and installing a back flow valve. This time around we needed to do some waterproofing and installation of a sump pump in the backyard of our home. It was difficult to get to as we had no rear or side access to the area. The only access was through the front basement entrance leading to the yard. There were a few contractors that were hesitant to take the job because of this issue, but DrainCom and their crew said they would make it work. And they did! The best part about this company is their dedication to customer service and their prompt and professional communication. We live in the United States currently and because of the pandemic, we were not able to come home to be there in person to deal with the renovations. DrainCom made it very easy for us to communicate and manage the project remotely and were very understanding of our situation. We highly recommend this company for all drainage and waterproofing work!
