This family owned business was Awesome to deal with: Angel, Bob, John and especially Ken who discovered a broken piece he had never ever seen broken!! A 20 part for my Kenmore Elegance canister and it’s now like a New vacuum!! Kudos to you Ken! Can’t beat that! Previously it had No suction at all. Get it checked out, you won’t be disappointed.

I had been eyeing the Brother SE600 sewing machine for a couple months, when to my surprise my husband bought it for me as a Christmas present. He told me he dealt with John who was very friendly and informative. Today I was able to get the sewing feet, and extension table. I dealt with Angel ( who I've dealt with a few times before) and she was fabulous as usual. It didn't take me long to play around and adjust to it. Still haven't played with all the features but will get there.

They repaired my central vacuum, for a very reasonable price, instead of selling me a new one. They did show me the ones they carry, which seem like excellent products. They are very knowledgable and they can recommend the best product to suit your needs. They also carry many new and used sewing machines.
