Dr Rooter did waterproofing work for my house, they were always very professional, punctual and responsive. They got rid of old cement blocks, did waterproofing and ensured everything was cleaned up afterwards on mine and my neighbour’s side. Great group of guys, thank you!!
Had my entire basement flood almost a foot, was at a loos at what to do and how to salvage anything. Had a gentleman come out to take a look to see what could be done. I was expecting them to come out take a look give a quote and me wait like you always do with any plumbing company. Within an hour of them coming by they had a crew come out and start getting the water out. Same night I was able to go to sleep without any worry knowing that my massive basement had almost no water left. The guys left multiple commercial de-humidifiers and came back 2 days later when everything was absolutely dry to check on the situation. Turned out that the pump gave out. They were able to replace and upgrade everything at a great price. We would recommend them to everyone! FAST , TRUSTWORTHY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GREAT PRICE! Thank you guys for saving out basement!!!

I need to commend the group who got here in to restoration the root broken pipes, underneath my house: Steve and his team did the excavation to get to the pipes and replace them after removing tree roots around the old line. There had been 2 others who came on the second day, however I failed to catch their names. From start to finish, the job was accomplished professionally, extremely clean, and smooth and they described the scope of work for my better understanding. Great team Dr. Rooter! Time will tell, but I suppose they located an affordable and ideal option to a large problem.
