He made me wait for like a hour and went on his break for 30 minutes not that great and talks to you for 2 minutes and re schedules

There is always double booking. We often wait for 2.5 hours for appointments. That's not okay for a professional doctor. Then he sees the patient for 2 minutes. Not sure what the billing would be to Alberta Health care.
