I had the best experience with Dr. Nateghifard and Simone! I am 8.5 months pregnant and have been dealing with a hemangioma on my forehead that’s been rapidly growing for the last 3 months. I saw Dr. Nateghifard for a consultation and he got me in again ASAP (4 days later) to remove the tumour. Simone was very helpful by explaining where the office was and for scheduling my appointments promptly. Dr. Nateghifard is a professional who did an outstanding job at removing the hemangioma with minimal scarring. I am so thankful!

If I could give 0 stars for the customer service that this office provided I would. My husband booked the day off work to attend the appointment with me. We showed up for our scheduled time to be greeted by the receptionist Simone who was extremely rude. I approached the counter and said Hi we have an appointment today scheduled for our son. Simone was extremely rude and responded by saying not today you don’t. I showed her the letter we received with the details of our appointment to which she said the appointment time had been rescheduled to the end of March and became very argumentative. We did not receive a letter or a phone call. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that this office provided. Simone should not be in a receptionist role as she is rude and very unprofessional. I understand that things in medical offices change all the time, and if she was polite and apologized I would have completely understood. However our experience with this office was terrible. Dr Nateghifard please find a new receptionist as she does not represent your business well!
I am so appreciative for this doctor! I have been feeling dizzy for months, and with just one visit he was able to get to the root of the problem. Dr. Nateghifard took his time to explain everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. Very professional, and caring doctor!
Its been 2weeks now since my nose surgery. My first appt was a review of my issues and a scope procedure. This was painless and Dr Nateghifard said he could help me breath better with a surgery. The operation was a great success and I can sleep @ nite after a year and a half of not. His office manager was very caring and concerned. I was having a hard time breathing and very dry mouth 2 days B4 the splints were to removed. His manager got in touch with the Dr that morning and later that day he did a late clinic appt to remove the splints. I would highly recommend this surgeon
My husband was scheduled for a CT scan and when we arrived for the appointment at Cambridge hospital we were told there was no record or any for my husband. Several voicemail message later, still no reply. The email doesn't work and the fax line is constantly busy.
