I have been under the care of Dr. Kumar for the last few years. I am impressed with the respect and consideration all of the staff show. I typically undergo an echocardiogram each year and professionalism, as well as concern for my comfort is always apparent. Dr. Kumar is always friendly and willing to explain my heart health in a patient and informative manner. I think there might be some confusion with another doctor in an earlier review as Dr. Kumar is located in Whitby and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes.

Nice and clean place with polite staff. I was treated professionally , liked it. Was called in within 5 minutes of my appointment time.
Busiest Doctor I ever seen on both Brampton Locations. Huge waiting of patients every time, unstructured front staff who everytime will put you on hold for 10-20 minutes. Even on appointment you need to wait for 2 hours minimum-unable to understand why they book an appointment then. Don't even care for family patients. Either Dr Naresh should add up additional qualified doctor to take care of existing patients or need to reduce it's practice.

Today was my second visit. I left there angry and unable to hide me tears of anger. His first meeting with me a couple of weeks ago he barely listened to what I was saying. During this brief interaction, I told him that an echocardiogram had just been performed and that I can get the results for him. He said he doesn't need them because he will do tests that actually matter. I was given a holter monitor and a follow up for today. I assumed today's appointment was for results of holter as no other information was provided to me. I went in and was greeted my asking to wear a gown. I agreed as I am used to getting ECGs done as soon as I walk into clinics. I was then told that I will be having an echocardiogram. I wondered why I wasn't told and that I already had that test done a month ago. Dr. Kumar then came to explain to me that he likes to do the tests again (saying Hi my name is Dr. Kumar as if meeting me for the first time). I agreed to have the echocardiogram done again. A male walked in and said he would do my echocardiogram. I asked for a female technician (for this invasive test I have done this before and you have to sit with an open chest for at least 20 min). They told me there was no female technician. I asked for Dr. Kumar and told him how unprofessional it was to not tell a patient during booking what they are coming in for and if they are ok with a male technician for tests being performed. I felt enraged and robbed of my time and energy.
