Rating for this doctor is 5/5 and I have to say I would never trust anyone else with my very sensitive skin. Dr. Davis is so thorough, knowledgeable and kind... I loved the advice he gave me each time as everything has worked for me and I am very happy. I also see that I’m not the only one who has noticed the receptionist is just horrible; she is incredibly rude and needs to learn manners before ever speaking to any human beings ever again... Dr. Davis please consider how your patients are being treated by this terrible person. Those of us who have met you understand that you are wonderful and the first person patients are meeting before they walk into your office is not a representation of medical treatment they will receive. Thank you so much for your wonderful treatments!

Dr. Davis was great - really took his time to care for my needs. He made a referral for another specialist to see. Receptionist, on the other hand, was horrible. I called them 2 weeks later after my appointment to follow up regarding my specialist referral since I have not heard back. The receptionist immediately starts yelling at me that I'm impatient and doctors are busy, and generally very disrespectful. I was just following up ... Receptionist eventually gave me the specialist's number to call. When I called, they said they tried calling the dermatology office since they gave them my wrong number. The dermatology office never called them back. Doctor was great but the service was just horrendous...
The receptionist made my daughter cry. My 17 year old daughter showed up for her appointment. I had tried to call well over 30 times in the month leading up to this - and could never get through and they won't accept messages. When my daughter showed up they told her the appointment had been cancelled. No reason was given. She was so rude that my daughter left in tears and when I asked my daughter to go back upstairs to hand the phone to the receptionist my daughter was so upset she wouldn't go back in there. When I finally got through on the phone and asked for Dr. Davis to call me to speak with him she refused to even ask him to call me. She took great pride in telling me how busy he was that he was fully booked for the next 3 months. Must be nice to be so much in demand that you don't have to worry about the quality of experience you give your patients. We've cancelled the new appointment they made for us - there's no way I will subject my daughter to this horrible woman again. To the receptionist who (finally) did answer the phone: Yes, I tore a strip out of you. You made my daughter cry. You should be ashamed and you should be fired. No patient of Dr. Davis should ever have to deal with you to get to him. You deserve to go home in tears just like you did to my daughter, but I have a feeling that you just don't care.
Dr. Davis is one of the most personable, warm, caring, and compassionate doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He went above and beyond, to even check other areas than what I had come for. His knowledge is also first class. He’s worth the wait. **Note: Ignore the other reviews below that refer to a “Dr. Wine”.. He is indeed the exact opposite of Dr. Davis, and not sure why his reviews get mixed in here with Dr. Davis**
My family has been seeing Dr. Davis for many years. He always shows compassion and goes above and beyond to help. He is an excellent dermatologist. I referred him to many.
