I had a very good experience there. Kathleen the eceptionist\ (not sure if it's the right term) is very skilled, she speaks both english and french very well, she knows how to communicate in a very polite manner both over the phone or by e-mail conversations and last but not least her smile irradiates even through the mask. Doctor Harriman also does a very good job, she took the time to listen to my problems and the backstory behind them to try come up with a solution. She ensured I would take the right tests to further understand my issues and offered to schedule a follow up consultation right away. I recommend visiting her if you want a true specialist's insight. Thank you both for your time and attention, it is highly appreciated.

I've had ear issues all my life and have seen several ENT in the past 50 years. Dr. Harriman is by far the best. She is always patient and gentle. Dr. Harriman is extremely knowledgeable and is quick to share information with you. For the first time ever I feel that I have my ear issues under control. I would also like to comment on the last comment. Kat, the receptionist has always been very professional and kind. If she did get upset it was for a good reason. To get an appointment with any ENT is a challenge, with usually a 6 month wait from my experience. Their time is very precious as many people need their help. When you do get an appointment feel very lucky and make darn sure you don't miss it.

Extremely rude encounter with the receptionist here in whistler! Saw that I had a missed call from the office but wasn't sure at the time as I didn't recognize the number. When I called back, I spoke to the receptionist letting her know I was returning the missed phone call (which was 5 minutes after she called). The receptionist rudely replied back, \well can I help you?\ She didn't ask for my name, so I had to tell her and repeat myself again as I still had a vague idea for the reason for the call. She then HUNG UP on me! So I called back again and repeated myself. Her very rude response was, \Don't you listen to your voicemail?\ Completely stunned by her condescending response. I had to tell her I did not receive a voicemail notification and just called the number back right away. She didn't seem to care. Seems like a complete hassle for her to do her job. I don't think I have ever experienced such poor customer service, especially for a professional service. I will be looking for another doctor. Certainly don't feel welcomed here!
