Shipping policy, bought a pair of Doc Marten boots for my wife as a Christmas gift on Dec 3rd. It’s now December 22nd, and just yesterday I found out, through FedEx, since UnionJack couldn’t give me an update, that my package is lost. Called back the office and now miraculously they confirmed it, what’s even better is they can’t resend me my package nor refund me, till they settle with FedEx insurance. What’s even better is that this may take up to 30 days and they only filed my claim on the 18th. So now I am left scrambling to get a present last minute because something not of my own fault, which they already confirmed from FedEx. I believe the proper thing to do would be to replace my package as soon as they found out it was lost, at least that’s what Amazon would have done....... great customer service thanks UnionJack I’ll definitely be ordering again from your online store!!!!
Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Someone always asking if I needed help or if there was something I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable of the products, which is really helpful.
Very nice and useful staff. Especially the ginger girl she is very beautiful. Too bad she already had a boyfriend when i asked her out, or thats what they tell me :(
