Dr. Sisca is the best doctor I've ever had. She is kind, caring, and empathetic. She takes the time to ensure all your concerns are addressed. What I appreciate the most is that she never overseas your concerns; she looks into everything with great care and doesn't hesitate to collaborate with get colleagues to ensure that she gives you the best care. The admin are also amazing; they are kind and respectful, and always respond to your messages as soon as they can. Sometimes the wait times are long but admin makes an effort to contact you to let you know you come later. The delays are understandable since doctors have to address emergencies ( hopefully, clients respect that too).

Dr. Lyana Sisca is the best obstetrician-gynecologists ever. Dr. Sisca is very intelligent, professional, thorough and caring. She takes time to answer all your questions, explains test results in a simple and clear way, so you can easily understand complicated medical terms. She was my OB/GYN during my pregnancy and I was lucky enough that she was at the hospital at the time of my delivery. Dr. Sisca is absolutely the best! I would definitely come back to her if I am pregnant again. Her receptionist always called me before my appointments and advised if they were running late, so I did not have to wait in the office.
When you meet with her, Dr. Sisca is so kind and considerate. Until recently, I would have recommended her to anyone. However, when I had issues relating to my IUD (severe cramping that left me doubled up in tears) and reached out to her in March, I was effectively ignored. I was told that she was seeing no clients due to the pandemic (understandable) but was given NO information about where I could go for help. They did send me for an ultrasound and then never followed up. I called their clinic many times in tears begging for them to call me back with my results and next steps and never heard back. I ended up going to a walk-in women's clinic in Toronto to have my IUD removed and instantly my cramps cleared up. It has been 4 months since my last call to them and I STILL have not heard a word.
Dr refused to accept me... Mirena is 3years overdue to be taken out. Dr said not interested in helping to take out!
