Came to diagnose my son in the NICU. Turns out he has a extremely rare eye condition. Refused to take calls or answer any questions I had. Did not personally give me the diagnosis and left it to nurses who had very little information on the condition. Dodged my paediatrician! Obviously lacking human kindness and empathy. If you can use another ophthalmologist I would as in my experience this one could care less. Finding out your new born has use of only one eye is scary enough without a doctor who refuses to talk to you.

Excellent Doctor and excellent human being. Dr. Hackenburg is extremely knowledgeable and kind. The staff are all exceptional. I went to Dr. Hackenburg in an emergency situation and she swung into action. Now she monitors my eyes and deals with issues as they come. I highly reccomend this eye clinic.
