The service technician Bryan Malloch was able to fix the furnace issue quickly and took the time to explain and visually show me what had occurred and how the problem was resolved. I appreciated his helpful and upbeat attitude. Also Tracy, who took my initial call, was great as well and very helpful.

Now, where do I start from? This is coming from a guy who does extensive research before availing any kind of service online. All of this due-diligence , after a contractor messed up our laundry room while renovating our basement. Dr.Hvac is the epitome of professionalism when it comes to heating and cooling services for your house. After we received a couple of red tags for our dryer from Enbridge , we were really confused to approach anyone to get us out of this mess that our contractor had pushed us into. We were lucky to have approached Dr.Hvac. They immediately sent someone over to inspect our place , gave us a quote and then sent Dave. Dave was exceptional in his workmanship , he not only cleared all the red tags in time , but also left the place clean as before. The quality of work speaks for itself. Employees like Dave deserve special mention because they keep the flag high for whatever companies they work for. And kudos to Dr.Hvac for maintaining utmost transparency in their pricing and the way of dealing with their customers. We will never look for anyone for our future HVAC needs. Thank You
Very impressed with the level of professionalism of the HVAC tech who came out. Bryan was thorough and patient in explaining in detail what the issues were with our (fairly old) heating system and both our immediate and future options for repair. He even followed up with a detailed email listing everything! Never felt pressured and was super happy overall with the service provided. Will absolutely recommend this business. We were having problems with our furnace for a few weeks so we called DR.HVAC and on the same day they were able to send out a technician, Bryan, to look into and fix the issue. We were provided with multiple options for both short and long term fixes. Bryan provided a clear explanation on the issues he found and what they mean for the furnace in both the short and long term. After fixing the immediate issue he let us know our options going forward. Overall this was exactly the kind of service I would hope for and am thankful for their help!
The technician, Mike Finlayson, came to do a check-up on our furnace. He was very nice, and explained everything that he was doing. He also took the time to show me the nuances of my thermostat and then he was kind enough to set up a schedule for us, so we don't have it running at the same temp all the time.
