I really hope you don’t have to get a referral to this place but if you do - know that you will get the best care from Dr. Fergani and his team! I interacted with the staff on several occasions when handling my father’s appointments and health related matters. They were always thorough, patient and made sure everything was done correctly. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Fergani when my father was under his care - he is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and empathetic. Thank you Dr. Fergani and staff for everything that you do for your patients!

I have been to hospitals for colonoscopy and I have to say Dr Ferjani and staff are the best! Was a great experience for me. I will never go anywhere else. Very comfortable surroundings. Caring people.
I have inoperable prostate cancer and was having issues that required a colonoscopy. Due to Covid, my initial consult was done by phone. The doctor was thorough, polite and outlined possible causes and solutions to the issues I was having. The procedure was done at St. Joseph;s Hospital (Hamilton) on July 31. Everything went well and the problem that precipitated the colonoscopy was due to my radiation treatments. Dr Fergani repaired the damage at the same time as my colonoscopy and I've been fine since. My phone consult was exactly on time, as was the procedure--no waiting at all. Thanks Doc !!!!
This appointment went very smooth both doctors were personable and professional, all the staff were great the nurse who looked after me was great . And I was in there only 2 hours . Thank you for the great care .
Dr has zero people skills and i felt.like I was just a number. As fast as he was taking people into his office people were coming out. It was a revolving door. I was only in his office for no more than 5 minutes if it was even that long and he basically made his diagnosis based on how I looked. There was no real examination done or questions asked. I definitely do not recommend this doctor who is only about making money by the amount of people he can see in a day.
